“click on search document” from the options provided.

Fill in your details under “personal details” that is your full name, location, email address and contact.

Then you scan your site plan and crop out the name and save it. After filling out your details

the next step is to click on “upload site file” and upload your scanned site file.

There are 3 search options to choose fromafter uploading your scanned site plan, depending on what you want, these searches come with a fee, a Momo number and merchant pay ID is provided.

The “quick/unofficial” search comprises of three unofficial searches from land registry, that is survey department, lands commission department and title department, if you select this option it takes 24 hours for results to be out.

The second option is the “official search” which also comprises of three official searches from the 3 departments of land registry, it takes about 14 working days for the results to be out.

The last option is the “special search” this offers client the chance to request for team of surveyors to be present on site and take coordinates of the site.
